One of my favorite things to do is drink coffee - it’s more than just the caffeine rush (Levity Roasters roasts an excellent decaf) - I just love the experience of coffee. From the roasting process to the endless methods of brewing. I enjoy curling my hands around a warm and perfectly shaped mug as I sit down with my morning coffee. I love going to coffee shops and being greeted by the tantalizing aroma of brewed coffee and either sitting down with my bible, or editing photos, or losing track of time in a deep conversation with a friend! I’ve appreciated witnessing the roasting process all the way to that first sip of coffee.
